Speaking and Listening Course Description

Course Overview:

This course is designed to develop learners’ confidence and ability in English speaking and listening through interactive, practical, and real-life communication activities. The course is divided into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with content tailored to the needs of each group.

Course Aim (All Levels):

  • To improve the learner’s ability to understand spoken English in everyday situations.

  • To build fluency, accuracy, and confidence in speaking English in real conversations.

  • To develop skills such as active listening, pronunciation, and clear expression of ideas.

🟢 BEGINNER LEVEL

👥 Target Group:

Learners with limited or no experience in English who need support with basic listening and speaking skills.

📚 Course Content:

  • Basic greetings and everyday conversations

  • Listening for key words and simple information

  • Pronunciation of common words and sounds

  • Introducing yourself and talking about daily routines

  • Practicing simple dialogues (e.g., shopping, directions, asking questions)

  • Speaking in short, simple sentences

  • Building confidence in basic listening comprehension

🔵 INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Learners who can handle simple communication but need to improve fluency and understanding in everyday and work-related situations.

  • Listening for detail and main ideas in audio clips or conversations

🔴 ADVANCED LEVEL
